If only I could give zero stars… the worst strata company known to man. They consistently refer work to their list of tradies and get a kick back for doing so. They then create random jobs around the building that don’t need doing to spend your admin fund. I’ve never had my gutters cleaned so much.. 6 times a year. Oh and the gardening for a garden that doesn’t exist. Fraudulent, corrupt and wholly without conscience.
A company focused only on fraud with misdirection and communication incompetence. NEVER MAKE ANY PAYMENT WITHOUT A CONSULTANT.
Quotes that take 6 months, 3 different strata managers over just 4 mths, incorrect accounting, incorrect insurance disclosures causing our premium to balloon from $6k to $13k and B&D's agent commission quadruppling.... Branch Manager Paul has not only been slow but has lacked understanding or interest in any resolution.
