We moved to Bright and duggan just over a year ago and our Manager Melissa Borgna has been amazing. No other company has ever given us the guidance and support like we get from Melissa. I would highly recommend Bright and Duggan to anyone wanting a positive change.
They never answer phone calls
AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! After making all the promises that we wanted to hear they signed us into a 2 year and 3 month contract and then stopped all contact with our Body Corp, impossible to get problems rectified and at times we have waited weeks for a reply to phone calls and emails. We asked for an amicable separation from our contract and the communication became even less. Read all the fine print as they are associated with many companies that they receive kick backs from including insurers with up to 20% commission.
Don't think about fooling customers by changing to a new name. I guess this one has something to do with Capitol - the worst body corporate management company in Brisbane. Seriously, the WORST.
