I've been here twice now, and neither time was good. The only good thing, I thought, was that they had openings on short notice. That should have been a red flag for me. The staff the first time seemed all new. Friendly, but didn't know much. The second time, they had 90% new staff. That tells me they can't keep good staff for long. And the cleaning was the most painful I've had in my life. I will never go back. I found another dentist that is much better.

The manager at the front desk is terrible and rude , she does not respect the patient and very unprofessional everyone else is very nice my doctor is very professional and kind , I wonder why they have manger front desk that is very very rude I have never seen someone like that working in healthcare field. Today experience i wasn’t really pleased with when leaving. My appointment was at 1 did not get into back room until about 1:35. The cream to numb was not used but was given a shot of numb medication which was supposed to be for a deep cleaning. When asked about the cream that should have been used with the shot I had received a short response of oh I’m sorry sometimes I use it sometimes I don’t.
