Horrible customer service when it comes to warranty work.
Excellent service. Jacob was great to communicate with through out the project. He met his deadlines and delivered a great final product. We used Bright Construction for exterior work to replace siding/gutters/column wraps.
When they took down my in-laws chimney they didn't properly protect the house from water leaking. Now the Basement keeps flooding and they refuse to answer the phone or hang up when we do get through. Never have experienced such an unprofessional company in my life.
I see he does good work but rarely answers the phone and mailbox is always full. My mom got somebody else to install the patio door and the job is done now.
