The staff got us in before the storm hit and we had the best nights sleep, beautiful room comfortable bed and a super clean room. What more could you ask for. Credit to the couple who run it. Thankyou 👍
Despite all the issues our friend's motorbike brought they were kind and patient, and assisted however they could. Totes recommend!
We were looking forward to a nice week away with friends however after informing the management 9 days out that we would not be able to go due to my 91 year old father falling ill. The owners refused to offer any compensation leaving us close to $1000 out of pocket. No offer of a refund/part refund or even when we said we would take a credit even if it was only valid for off season they refused to accommodate us. Very clean motel, super happy with everything. NO complaints at all. Manager was super attentive and lovely. After a mistake in our booking she gave us a bottle of wine even though they were at no fault.
5 stars is not enough to give this accomodation, and the owners. Everything about this Hotel is incredible. Location - Perfect Rooms - Incredible Service- phenomenal Cleanliness- perfect I will be making the trip from Brisbane just to stay here!!!!!
