I have to say Dr. Alavi is a smooth operator. I started seeing him 5 years ago because he accepted my insurance and it was great. Even after they stopped taking my insurance I continued to go there paying out of pocket because I believe Dr. Alavi is a perfectionist. He will not stop ‘til he has it perfect. Even for a routine cleaning he would do all of the work and make sure things were done right. He does not care if there are patients waiting. It’s not about the money there, it’s about integrity! I'm trying to find a word that justifies the excellence of their services and the magnitude of my respect and appreciation for Dr. Alavi and his amazing, most professional loving, caring staff. But I'm at loss for words!! If you're looking for a talented, trustworthy, honest, truly caring and a top-notch dentist as we all do but might only be lucky to run into one once-in-a-lifetime, that would be Dr. Alavi. Very patient, very careful, does excellent work. I needed several fillings, and he took his time with them; at the end of the day, you can't even tell there was work done! If you're looking for a dentist in Sonoma County, look to this dentist first. You'll be in good hands.
