Terrible service and even worse clean. Looked clean when i picked up my car as it’s dark in the carpark. Drove out and it was as though it wasn't cleaned inside. Barely vacuumed, inside side of front window not cleaned still dusty on dash and mind you i paid $70 for a small 4wd. Went back and the owner tried to tell me the $70 clean does not include a full vacuum and “proper” clean. Do not recommend. Overpriced. I paid $50 for a basic clean of a small car and they missed parts of the windows. The owner was rude and pushy.

I paid for my son Ryan's car to be washed on Saturday while we shopped. We were told it was cash only of $69. We couldn't see what the car looked like in the dark Rockdale carpark but when we got home -- the car was a mess and not cleaned properly. I've left voicemail messages to have someone from Bright Carwash to sort this but no-one has contacted me. I will take this further if I have to. Cash and no receipt? Sounds like tax avoidance to me!
Avoid. Absolutely not happy with the job. I paid $39 just for body wash (outside only) and explained that I want the tree drops to be cleaned. Carwash took only 7 minutes and the manager said they couldn’t clean it and I have to polish them. I myself tried with a damp cloth and 5 minutes of work, all cleaned. So for $39 they didn’t want to spend 12 minutes and wanted me to pay extra for polishing. They have no respect to customers.
