I do not recommend this builder. I bought a Homearama home that was built by Bright Built Homes in 2005. This house looked great right after it was built. However, I've had nothing but problems since becoming the second owner in 2011. Every single sidewalk and patio has settled considerably. Support posts for back deck and sunroom have also settled. I have now discovered that an entire exterior wall composed of Coronado stone is coming apart and will need to be redone. Should not be happening to a house in this price r... read more
