1st time there this evening and was very disappointed. Cover charge is ridiculous, beer and mixed drinks way overpriced. Not enough seating, good thing I'm in a wheelchair and had my own seat. Telling everyone I know not to waste their time. Not impressed and will not go back.
I had a wonderful time with my daughter attending the Mike Frasier, Poncho Model, and Dosgwood Tales show! Great venue!
Friday night was our first time at Bright Box. The service was terrible but I believe they were using a brand new system that night. We were told table service was available but it took over 30 minutes for a waitress to assist us and that was with my husband flagging her down. It took another hour to receive our food and the waitress did not bring us silverware or napkins nor did she check on us again.
