I reached out to Bright Blue Pros Pools & Spas with a problem with my saltwater pool’s chlorinator, and they got back to me right away. I talked with Tracy over the phone about what was going on, and Tracy gave me step-by-step instructions for installing and fixing my pool equipment. Tracy also said that if the fix didn’t solve it, someone would come out to take care of it in person. Turns out, the advice worked perfectly!
Everyone at Bright Blue Pros Pools & Spas is very professional and always treats me with great respect. Brayden, who comes out to clean my pool, does an excellent job every time. He is thorough and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing. I’ve never had service this good before, and I wish I had found them sooner for my pool in Lutz!
