The owner came out one time to give us an estimate. After that we repeatedly tried to schedule appointments with him to no avail. He would hardly return our phone calls or text. We finally pinned him down to come out again and he scheduled it on a Sunday morning at 10:00 AM. We agreed because we really wanted him to give us a final estimate and pick out tile. Curtis and his crew did a fantastic job explaining all details and concerns about replastering my pool and delivering on time a super clean and great job
Recently has my pool re-plastered by Bright Blue 3 months ago. Had the pool installed 23 years ago by Cox. Researched about a year on who to use and this company had the best reputation. Curtis (the owner) was hands on professional and fair. Completely satisfied with the job and glad i went with this company.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their pool repaired! These guys were quick to come out and provide us with an estimate and get us on their schedule without a hitch! They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Day of the repairs, the crew were extremely respectful of my yard and were so nice! I'd recommend them again and again! Overall experience was wonderful 😊
