My wife and I purchased our house in Dana Pointe in 2012. The house had been vacant for over a year and the swimming pool was green and badly stained in a dark green color. The Bright Blue pool team (led by Curtis Nelson) came to our property and in the course of three days prepped the old pool surface for the new plaster, installed new decorative tiles on the steps and swim outs, resurfaced (replastered the pool) in expert fashion, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. The finished surface looks really great and Curtis provided excellent directions on refilling the pool and how to bring the pool back to operation (this included what to do and what not to do). Excellent work -- and easy to work with them. They resurfaced my pool, pool deck, and added an autofill. They showed up on time each day and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend them.
The owner came out one time to give us an estimate. After that we repeatedly tried to schedule appointments with him to no avail. He would hardly return our phone calls or text. We finally pinned him down to come out again and he scheduled it on a Sunday morning at 10:00 AM. We agreed because we really wanted him to give us a final estimate and pick out tile.
