I switched my 3 kiddos to BBP and I absolutely LOVE them! My children used to hate going to the Dr, but now love going to see Mrs. Kortney! The whole staff is willing to help anyway they can.
Kourtney and Dr.Handley are two of the best!! They offer encouragement and guidance at every visit. They also take the time to discuss any concerns with you (vaccines, medications, etc.) without any judgement. They really care about making sure you feel confident in your child’s medical decisions. I never feel rushed. They take their time and thoroughly assess my child at every visit. Their office staff is kind and welcoming. We love Bright Beginnings Pediatrics.
They won’t take my kids because at 10 and 15, they don’t plan on any future vaccinations. Even though they’re up to date as of now… nope! In today’s day and age, we are smart enough to go out and find the information that we have so desperately been needing, but the biggest slap in the face is a Doctor that doesn’t even give the patient the benefit of sitting down, going over ingredients, risks, benefits… etc.. and making a decision together based on individual need! Amazing staff , we love Kortney she Is so caring when it comes to the kids .
The doctor itself is good but this is the third visit we have spent well over an hour sitting in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment we had for well over a month. Just got a call now that they kicked my child out over my initial 3 star review- very professional, steer clear y’all
