We have been using Bright as White Cleaning Services for our house cleaning for almost a year and we couldn’t be any happier. Linda is very responsible and responsive! She cares very much about the service she provides, listens and executes very meticulously. We even called her on short notice and she could accommodate our request to absolute perfection. All her staff are professional, clean, trusted and honest. 100 percent recommend! We had an amazing experience.
We had a major mouse problem while we were away for a couple weeks that had created a terrible mess. Linda and her team did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning everything - from all the upholstery, all the linens and towels and every single nook and cranny. Their professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. I would use them again in a heartbeat and could not recommend them higher.
Linda and her team are great - what a relief to find such great cleaners so close by! They were so thorough in their assessment when we asked them for a deep clean for the first appointment, going through every room in the house and pointing out what would be easier or more difficult to clean. She and her team have always been super friendly, punctual, and extensive with all their cleaning - the one thing they don’t do is the dishes. They did an excellent job! Super hardworking and detail oriented. We got a deep clean for the first time in two years, and while we generally kept the house clean, after this appt, I saw the apt with new eyes. She did every surface so diligently and made sure to get under all books or items on every table and shelf, before placing everything back. Great service!
EDITED: more detail after response from owner Flexible scheduling and quick responses when communication was necessary. I chose Linda and her team because she indicated that she welcomed feedback and would be open to requests for attention paid to specific areas. Cleanings were usually fine, the initial deep clean was excellent and the following monthly cleanings were spotty.
