Where do I start. Foremost the estimate started with kinda being forced to be a deposit down to have it scheduled the next day. Next day they called out and said they will come the following day at 8am. Guys didn’t show up until 9:45. Started good then one of their workers fell through my ceiling. I had to contact there boss to clean up after the cave in. I will give them one thing. They had a company come out same day to fix the ceiling. My wife was looking to get our dryer duct cleaned and found this company on Yelp. Tom showed up for the appointment ahead of time, assessed the situation and gave me very reasonable options. A very well done job, quick and clean. I would definitely recommend Bright Air.
Excellent, honest service! They cleaned and sanitized my ducks and repaired a hole in my air handler all at a great price! The service tech was extremely nice and explained everything, along with showing me exactly what was going on It needed to be done. Would definitely recommend them again!
