SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Debbie Briggs disregarded my multiple phone calls requesting her recommendation for another therapist after the one we had left. I called Oct 21, she FINALLY returned my call Dec 2. If this is how she cares enough to return a call over a month later then that scares me of how she will care enough to take care of her clients/patients.

I highly recommend Bethany Seipp, She has been nothing but amazing and has helped my son out in so many ways! I'm thankful that I found her. She listens to all your questions and concerns and helps the best that she can.

The counsellors are wonderful!! They make sure me and my child are taken care of and feel welcomed! Dont know what we would do without them!!

I've been in and out of counseling my whole life and have never found a counselor like the one I have now. Patient, listens to everything and tells me what I need to hear rather than what I want to hear. If you're looking for a place to help you through anything and everything with the struggles of mental health, Bright Adventures is your place!!!

We had a horrible experience with Bethany here. She was totally set in her ways and did not take the client's actual needs into account. She was very confrontational when we asked for the service we came to her for (family vs individual counseling). If you enjoy having the appointment be about her instead of you and what you need help with, then maybe you'd like her.
