Do not recommend- while some of the doctors and nurses are helpful, RN Denise was dismissive and unhelpful - ignored some of my questions and basically passed the buck. I recommend finding another clinic if possible.
Doctor Yi saved me! Gel shots in my knees not only helped swelling and pain, but gave me my life back!! I'm a active person who loves the outdoors and physical labor.. mentally I felt so depressed and overwhelmed with not being able to walk or stand. I feel so much better and she is wonderful at giving the injections.. very worth a pinch for a whole lot of relief!!
My wife has been a patient and pain management there for approximately 4 and 1/2 years. The first two and a half years was excellent. The doctor was caring and listens to us. He treated her like a human being rather than a drug seeker. And he listened to my opinion on things. This clinic has taken an absolute nose dive since Dr Ross left. I thought maybe my wife's doctor had an issue with me because I act as her advocate and she clearly resents that. My wife's last visit we sent my daughter in my place. I'm surprised at how much this pain center has gone down hill over the last 2 years. It's actually too bad because they used to be excellent.
