I am so fortunate to be under the care of Dr Friedman at Tufts. She is wonderful and explains everything to you before a procedure. I felt I was in good hands with Dr Friedman. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is 100% for good quality care for her patients. I lucked out with this great doctor.
GREAT doctor, TERRIBLE receptionist (@ Tufts)! Love Dr. Friedman, literally save my wife's life, it's too bad she has such sub par support staff. Would not help my wife rebook a missed apppointment. VERY rude!!!
