I love Brigham and womens it’s saved my life when I was diagnosed with cancer and in between Dana-farber. The staff is always so nice but the wait times are super ridiculous. Except 2+ hours past appointment times. I get it can become busy and patients run late and such but it’s not fair to the ones who are on time and waiting and were given a schedule to have things done for said procedure.
