Very disappointing experience. I completed all the required questionnaires online and even arrived an hour early. I was then told I had to leave to find a library to print and scan additional paperwork. I returned on time for my appointment, yet was still not seen. Patients seeking infertility care are already under tremendous emotional stress. Taking a full day off work only to be turned away over paperwork is unacceptable. This office needs to communicate requirements clearly and show more compassion for its patients.
We are so deeply grateful for the incredible care we received from Dr. Ashby and the entire team. From the very beginning, we felt listened to, supported, and truly cared for throughout such an emotional journey. Dr. Ashby’s expertise, kindness, and compassion made all the difference for us.
