I found Dr. Brigham through his website and decided to contact him as I was dealing with debilitating anxiety at the time. He made me feel very comfortable and understood, and provided me with some great tools to deal with my thoughts, emotions, and reactions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brigham to anyone dealing with feelings or emotions that are keeping them from being their best selves!

Dr. Brigham is a pro - an excellent listener, nonjudgmental, and he offers practical advice for solving daily-life problems. He's given me a number of tools that are useful in maintaining healthy relationships, reducing work-related stress, and even offered tips on how to sleep more soundly. This guy's the real deal, and I give him my highest recommendation.
My son didn’t feel comfortable with Dr Brigham. He said there were too many akward silences. My son decided to skip his second appointment and Dr. Brigham was all about the $$ at that point. I have received 2 text messages and it’s only been 2 days. He wants the full price of an appointment. My son was being treated for anxiety, now it’s giving me anxiety because all he wants is his money.
