Worst experience ever!! If you are a student or just a normal person trying to live here DON'T you will not get a security deposit back, the house is falling apart and the staff members are unfriendly and rude. The maintenance staff won't help you not one bit and after you leave be expecting a bizarre bill in the mail stating damages that aren't there.
First, you start by paying good money to live in a prison cell. If you want cold water, turn on the hot water, if you want hot water, too damn bad. You give these people your hard earned dollars to live in a place they try to do everything they can to avoid having to do anything. Every time we have had a problem and have to call the office so they can fix the hundredth problem, they act like we inconvenience them for asking them to do their jobs.
