Brigham Property Rights representation vs the Florida Dept. of Transportation (FDoT) exceeded our expectations. FDoT’s initial offer for a temporary condemnation easement of a small portion of our property was a few hundred dollars. In just a year we received a check for $7.500. Need we say more?
