Beware. I was charged hospital facility fees for an in-office colposcopy with biopsy, running the bill up to $5,000 for a screening procedure that took about ten minutes in the Chestnut Hill office. (My insurance covered less than half.). If you need anything done, just get an estimate first.

The only reason I still go here is because my doctor is fantastic. The office itself is super disorganized and poorly managed. They’ve entered the wrong charge code multiple times, resulting in me getting bills for things that are illegal for me to be billed for under the ACA. One time, I had to fight with Brigham’s billing department for months until they fixed it. Also, trying to get prescription refills is a constant headache. I’ve never written a review before, but I felt compelled to after the experience I had at this doctor’s office. The level of care and communication here is incredibly poor. I traveled from out of state specifically for my appointment, only to be told when I arrived that it had been cancelled because my insurance hadn’t been updated. I never received a single phone call, voicemail, text, or email about this. 0/5 There was an accident on the way so I called to let them know I'd be a few minutes late and asked if that was okay. I was told as long as I'm here within ten minutes, it was fine. I was within the ten minutes and after driving an hour and a half and sitting in the waiting room for another 15 minutes after arriving, was told that they wouldn't take me and that my only option was to wait three hours in the waiting room "in case someone cancels last minute".
