Terrific personable and knowledgeable service, and broad selection of pianos to choose from. The follow-up service (delivery and damper installation) was excellent— polite and professional.

We recently moved to UT and were blown away to find a piano craftsman on par with any East Coast or European tuning and restoration company— who also sells or tunes reasonably priced, family-friendly models. We saw first hand in the shop that spinets received the same care from the team as the Steinways. We experienced nothing but respect from the entire team, no sales pressure, and amazing education. Brigham was patient and made our kids feel special. Our piano tuner in SL county referred us here and are very thankful.
