Great experience NP was professional and i didn't feel rushed.she addressed any questions I had and it was a good experience seeing her.visit was on time ,no waiting.

My mother has been trying to get ahold of this office for a week. since Dr. Eiser is not involved the office went to shit . they don’t answer the phones and they never call you back. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life.
I went in to see doctor for wegovy/ oxempic. Instead i got nurse practitioner. We spent 15 minutes max discussing. Brigham Health billed my insurance for a 9hr hour visit. As a result the unpaid portion left me with $380 patient responsibility. I called the billing department and they informed me they are in compliance with all the rules. I let them know they are thieves! Not ok!
