If you are trying to solve a recurring issue, save yourself time and go somewhere else, these doctors don't give you the time or consideration to address your concerns beyond a superficial level. After 3 visits over the course of 4 months the doctors were still very dismissive and refused to dig deeper into the issues I had, or provide a referral to someone who would. The care provided by Dr. Nour and her team is exceptional! From the front desk team, to all of the nurses everyone is super welcoming, kind, and seem to really care about their patients.
The admin staff on the phone are not helpful and are lacking in empathy. They will not call you back, so you need to call them. They told me they couldn't book an appointment for me because they're downsizing the number of patients they're seeing. I've been trying to get an appointment somewhere for a year, and when I kindly asked the person on the phone if there was anything he could do, he literally sat in silence and didn't respond to me. I love the nuses they are great ,my daughter had her baby at this hospital ,she was a lot of severe pain first epiderol ,they inserted wrong on her back thats the only place it can go ,it did not medication was not working whole hour with pain ,the nurse came in my daughter complain was not working someone from epiderol came in check it was place wron then they took it out place another one there were having problems while this was going on she was throwing up from her hunching forward water brakes all you can her eyes rolli... read more
My sister delivered her baby at this hospital and I must say the nurses and doctors are exceptional. RN ally, keely, and Taylor. Dr. Wood and Dr. Reid these woman all treated my sister with respect and dignity. There were so many more but couldn’t remember them all. Taylor and Dr. Wood delivered my niece and they where companionate and patient walked my sister through it all. I couldn’t say anything bad about the labor and delivery at this hospital.
