Previously healthy 27 year old with no medical history, had a grand mal seizure seizure and was seen in the ED. Received abnormal MRI and EEG both posted in MyChart as abnormal. It has been 2 weeks and no one has called me to review results. They prescribed me 4 large pills of Keppra a day over the phone little to no explanation. I had a MRI/MRA done recently and the staff couldn’t have been any more professional and nicer. My Dr. specifically wanted me to have it done here at BWH, now I know why, they were findings that weren’t there before. They really are tops in the medical field.
Went for a second opinion, night and day the difference from Northern Light. Hospital was clean, organized and staff very friendly. Dr Hunter and her attending were through and laid out what they are doing and why. Never been happy to go to a hospital but Brigham changed that.
Boston #1 for patient care and a wonderful place to work at!
