Dr. Changizi is an excellent doctor for Tourette Syndrome. I did not feel rushed and it seemed like she really cared. She understood what I said instantly, which is lovely because as anyone with TS knows, trying to explain what it's like to someone without it is nearly impossible. I have the "trifecta" which is TS, ADHD, and OCD - she took all of those into account to adjust my medications.
Pretty upset that I have to page the on-call neurologist on the weekend three times and they still haven’t got back to me. It just goes to show how much they care about patients.
Absolute worst experience ever
Top notch. Everyone I have come in contact was extremely nice, professional, and confident. Dr. Williams in Neurology is the most amazing doctor I have ever seen. I live in Springfield, but I will not hesitate to keep coming here for my neurological problems.
They do NOT return phone calls. I was prescribed a medication in the hospital that goes against what my doctor had prescribed me. After several calls I ONLY got false promises of being called back. After two days I had to decide for MYSELF on which medication the discontinue. After probably another month or so, still no call back. I still need my meds changed. I’m still in severe pain after 6 months.
