Pretty upset that I have to page the on-call neurologist on the weekend three times and they still haven’t got back to me. It just goes to show how much they care about patients.
Absolute worst experience ever
Top notch. Everyone I have come in contact was extremely nice, professional, and confident. Dr. Williams in Neurology is the most amazing doctor I have ever seen. I live in Springfield, but I will not hesitate to keep coming here for my neurological problems.
They do NOT return phone calls. I was prescribed a medication in the hospital that goes against what my doctor had prescribed me. After several calls I ONLY got false promises of being called back. After two days I had to decide for MYSELF on which medication the discontinue. After probably another month or so, still no call back. I still need my meds changed. I’m still in severe pain after 6 months.
BELIVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS: I had an appointment with SUSANNA MIERAU at 12PM on Friday the 18th, and according to my ticket from the parking garage I arrived at 11:47AM, and that was after a 2 hour drive on 0 sleep. I had no idea the hospitals layout was so confusingly spread out; so after navigating through FIVE, yes FIVE separate buildings, asking about 6-7 separate people for help, finally finding the correct floor in the unlabeled, identical, (attached to the food court for some reason) neurology department.
