Unfortunately and unbelievably very disappointing experience! Should have gone to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston proper! After getting a diagnosis less than two weeks ago at another hospital serious symptoms returned and got much worse. So on a very slow day on July 5, 2026 I spent seven hours at Brigham and Woman’s Hospital ER with a family member. I had a FABULOUS experience here. Prior to my going, I had a virtual session with a provider who was so kind and as soon as I got there, I felt so welcomed and comforted. The nurses and dr treated me with such kindness and compassion. As a bigger person, I get nervous with providers, but everyone here was so welcoming, personable and friendly. They were also cracking jokes with me to keep the mood light. I will ABSOLUTELY go back here for any hospital needs. 10/10 recommend.
