Called numerous times for my brother and my sis and niece did the same and they kept giving us the run around all damn day. All we wanted to know if he was safe. They told us the doctor would call us, got no call back nothing. Shitty customer service

I'm an international patient, and my experience at BWH was extremely disappointing. I waited over 7 hours in the triage waiting room — and it wasn’t even that crowded. The poster in the area says you might have to wait up to 4 hours for an ultrasound, but we never even saw the machine after 7 hours. Initially, they were unable to draw blood and said an ultrasound would be necessary, but nothing happened.
