I’m really glad I came here, though it’s been quite some time being in the ER, I still feel like they heard me. Nurse Samantha and the radiologist Ellen Sun have been attentive and wonderful. Dr Vernon has been an awesome surgeon. I think I’ll forever be grateful for the team I have here at bwh 😊
Waited for 4 hours, until 3 am, and still nobody would see me. I even went up to the front desk a couple times, because I was worried my problem was getting worse as I sat there, and they just kept saying the nurse is busy, I’ll make a note. While I was there I saw them encourage a suicidal man to try somewhere else and see if they have availability.
Was taken back in less then a hour, and the process was very fast for me. Doctors managed my pain fast & took me serious, I ended up having two herniated discs im my back and being in excruciating pain! I can’t recommend this place enough. Love the nurses they were so helpful and nice! Shout out to ER nurse Elyssa for being attentive & listening to me, taking me serious and managing my pain!
