I cannot recommend Dr. Diamond and his NP Christine , and the nurse Paula highly enough. They are an exceptional team who truly take the time to listen to your concerns without ever making you feel rushed. Their approach to care is incredibly personalized, attentive, and thoughtful. On top of that, they are highly responsive whenever you need to reach out. Do not go here for dermatology. I waited 6 months to be seen here. I was a few minutes late from traffic. I had prefilled everything out online so there would have been nothing for me to fill out as far as paperwork. Nope, they wouldn’t see me. Despicable practice.
Following up a year after my original one star review below: I’ve noticed an improvement with both providers and support staff. It seems PCPs are delegating appointments to team members like PA’s and NP’s and Ive felt this care has been attentive and helpful. It’s also gotten easier to schedule appointments and Ive had shorter wait times as well. Increasing my original review from one star to four. Love getting my mammograms here. They run 1 person at a time in a fifteen minute slot. They have been on time both times I’ve done it, and I can book online. It’s also been quick and easy to stop for blood draws.
I stood in front of one of the receptionist and she just literally never acknowledged i was there. How someone like this has that job just tells you how poorly it's run there. Its too bad because there are nice people that work there too.
