Love being told I can no longer be served here after my Primary retired. Supposed to be a top notch network and getting staffing shortages as a reason. Pay them more to be competitive and attract enough people.
Truly awful experience being a patient here. I scheduled with the doctor and no one informed me it would be with the NP. She spent maybe 8 minutes in the room with me before I was rushed out the door. My doctor then left the practice and when I called to be reassigned a new one, I was told they "aren't accepting new patients." What a joke and on top of that the receptionist was rude and totally unhelpful. If you're okay with being treated like cattle, this is the practice for you.
Overall wonderful service at this location, but it’s always disheartening when your provider shows annoyance or impatience when you (as the patient) ask questions. Both my husband and I picked up on it during our last appointment and it was enough to make me want to request a new provider. We are preparing to have our first child together who may have a blood disorder. The call services are so bad and unproductive. They incorrectly redirected me to other departments in completely different locations, like in New Hampshire. I got told twice that I was being redirected and just got hung up on. It honestly felt like I was being pranked. This kind of service is just inexcusable when it comes to assisting with people’s health and wellbeing.
The urgent care was as quiet as a library No body waiting it was 7 pm they told me they were at capacity !! Unacceptable
