I love this clinic I love it!! All the nurses and secretaries and doctors! Are so good and the place its peaceful too!!!!
Jen needs to work on her people skills. Very rude and not very helpful.
The staff here are wonderful and I always received good care here. The 1-star is because Brigham, like other hospitals in the country, has moved entirely to a profit-based model that just sees patients as a revenue stream. Just to get a prescription refill confirmed now you have to wait 48 hours because that duty has been "moved to a centralized offsite team" which is clearly a cost-cutting measure. So much for efficiency and quality in care.
