Dr. Jinit Patel and the entire team at the west Roxbury clinical are truly exceptional clinicians, I hope to be a patient for years to come because they are the best I have yet to encounter and no words can thank them for what they do for so many people other than myself!
Very disappointing experience. I was transferred here after my previous physician left the practice, and as a patient with complex medical needs, I have not always been treated with the kindness and respect I expected. There are a few great providers and one wonderful front desk staff member, but overall this experience has not reflected the values Brigham and Women’s is known for.i hope that things can get better for this practice one day!
Nobody picks up the phone. Just rings. Then disconnects. Enough said.
Dr. Nguyen has an excellent bedside manner and takes time with his patients. Very happy with his care.
