The admins who answer the phone are rude and not considerate of patient needs. I will be finding another PCP.
Office staff was rude and unprofessional when I called as a collateral to leave a message re: a mutual client.
I found the staff to be fine. I did not care for Dr. Moditi. Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. She is not empathetic and I found her style to be rude and offensive. Thank goodness I moved and don't have to go back to this office again. Find another female doctor.
