I truly hate having to leave this review because the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The ballroom is stunning, and it's the entire reason I chose to have my wedding here. If I were only reviewing the appearance of the venue, it would easily be five stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the management and event staff was incredibly disappointing, so I'm leaving 1 star. The staff at Brigham Academy was wonderful to work with! They were quick to answer any questions I had during the months leading up to our event. Natalia & Makell had everything I needed for set up before I even asked the morning of the event. They were positive and easy to work with throughout the evening and helped everything run smoothly! Thanks for making our family’s day of celebration stress free and fun!
