For what they charge, the experience doesn’t add up. Management enforces rules in a way that feels excessive - constant notices about trash and threats of fines, having people over, bbq area, the pool, the mailroom being unorganized. I understand the need for order, but it’s handled in a way that makes living here stressful, not worth the high rent. Lack of parking spots is an issue. Maintenance is solid.
Samuel was professional but friendly. The tour was phenomenal. Yesterday I saw 4 apts. 1 and 2 bedroom. I was impressed with them all. Making my decision very hard
They have amazing apartments and their location is very wonderful, they have a quiet neighborhood and this place is very suitable for family comfort and very comfortable and suitable for families and children. It is very beautiful and I hope to stay with them alawys. I will make this place my favorite every time I return to the United States of America.
Gorgeous new community , fairly priced. 8 received a tour by Mr Hernandez, he was professional, friendly & knowledgeable.
Package theft is consistent. I’m a current resident, and strongly considering looking for a different place to live.
