I lived here the past five years. My wife and I enjoyed living here. A big shout out to the maintenance team (Brian/Josh/and the others) who is always ready to help their tenants. I know owners and management changed a few times while we were here but the staff took care of their people. If you have a pet I would recommend this complex. Even if you don’t it is a great community. Thanks for the memories!
I had the opportunity of staying at Briggs & Union Apartments for 7 months while my house was being repaired. Cathy in the office was the best. Helped me with my application and lease and anything else I needed. The Apartments are beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live. If I didn't have a house to come home to I would have stayed there. So many amenities and everyone is so helpful. Best apartment ever!
This has been one of the best home searching experiences that my family and I had. From the beginning to the end. I want to thank Cathy for making this process smooth and answering and letting us know everything we needed too. We want to thank Samuel for waiting the extra 20 minutes for us to get our keys as I had work, the care and the kindness the people here has shown us already.
I just want to once again report the appreciation that I feel for Brian, the maintenance supervisor at this property. Having lived here for over 4 years I think I’m considered a voice of experience. Most recently, Brian reached out to me to tell me he found one of my packages that had been delivered to the wrong buildings and actually brought it over to me. He didn’t have to do that.
