My husband and I have been living at Briggs and Union since 2022 and have seen many staff come and go. The property is at a point where they have the most friendly and caring staff. Whether I’m out walking the property or hanging out in the clubhouse and run into leasing consultants Samual and Rita, I always get the warmest greeting by name and ask how I’m doing? The amount of maintenance requests I’ve had to submit since living here for only 4 months is ridiculous, 11 to be exact. Also, air conditioning struggles by a 6 degree difference in temperature during the summer. They consider that “normal”.
After 2 years at Briggs & Union, I can honestly say it has been the best place I've lived in this country. What started as just finding an apartment turned into finding a community, the kind where you actually know your neighbors and the team in the office knows you by name. The living experience has been good. I have not had any bad experiences with the staff and maintenance is great. Just a few situations have made me like it less, but I do not think it's the staff, I thinks it's more of a property management issue. I moved in with some stains and wear on the carpet, I annotated them during move in and they refused to replace the carpet but they did offer to clean the carpet again.
