Called on Thursday for an estimate on a 40+ year old electric furnace. Sylvain came the next Tuesday, gave me a verbal estimate later the same day. I had 3 estimates done, one where the plumber never came and shot a price at me, the other said it was a 2 day job. I decide to go with Briggs, they have been in my area since I was a kid. Got the estimate on the Tuesday, the work or art was complete on Thursday. Totally satisfied, they worked cleanly and efficiently, in by 08:30 out by 16:00 I recommend highly
I asked them to replace a really old valve and a toilet but they said that they don't work with PEX and they installed another valve next to it! So now I need to call another plumber to replace both (the old and the new). They came to see the work before and they never mentioned that they don't work with PEX.
Honest and reasonable. Nothing but great experiences.
