I, myself, have had no problem. Other than price increases.
The grass is overgrown so the gate can barely close. Tried to call their phone and it has been disconnected.
Briggs appears to be out of business. None of the phone numbers work. When you email them, it directs you to their website which has the non-working numbers. Very disappointed.
