This is one of the BEST storage units I've had ever! I recommend them to anyone that needs a unit in Columbus ohio!
I have been renting a unit here for about 4 years now and recently had to rent another one. My experience here was great, until recently. There is a serious problem of homeless people living in these storage units. It’s not safe, there is a dog on the premises, it’s dirty, and there are human feces. I reported it to management and nothing has been done. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
This place is not a good option anymore. There appear to be homeless people living inside some of the storage units, and the property smells terrible. In some areas, there is a strong smell of human feces, which makes me believe people may be using the units as bathrooms. The overall cleanliness and condition of the property have gone downhill significantly. I would not recommend storing your belongings here unless management addresses these issues.
The process was easy is running it online getting my unit number and receiving the code for my lock all text messaging I definitely would rent again maintance is helpful
