For two months I have ask, called everywhere and talked to everyone I could about getting a Luggage bag from Briggs and Riley repaired. Talked to Moss Beach repair center which sent me to the closest repair center 2 months ago. $28.00 dollar cab to a place that was out of business. $32.00 return to my hotel. Bag still broke. My handle will sometimes stick and not go down. On the back of the handle you can see where the coating is rubbed off in one spot and is eating into what looks like bare metal.
