Excellent work by Briggs on another major plumbing issue at our old cottage. Jordan and Jacob worked cheerfully and competently for hours in humidex 41 conditions.

This is the first time I have ever written a review for anyone, but I am so very pleased with Jordan and the work he did, that this fellow deserves to be commended! First, he arrived on time which, for me, is a blessing in itself. He was courteous and respectful, and listened patiently to what I wanted done. I called Briggs with an issue with my dug well. They came out the same day diagnosed the issue. Peter and his team worked outside in the dug well in -20 weather to fix the issue. They ended up completing the work all in the same day. Thank you very much, you have gained a happy customer.
