Excellent response and service, Jordan and his assistant were very courteous and informative. Highly recommend Peter Briggs and I have been a regular customer over the many years with Peter. I just had a plumbing leak in crawl space and Jordan did a excellent job in locating the major leak as well as there were other issues He promptly fixed and he informed me in every step of the way. As the old saying goes, Briggs plumbing is the best there is, the best there was, and the best there will ever be.
Our water stopped working on Friday Dec 19. I called various plumbers, but because it was a weekend (right before Christmas), nobody responded. The next morning I called a few more, and the only one that responded to my messages was Briggs Plumbing. Excellent work by Briggs on another major plumbing issue at our old cottage. Jordan and Jacob worked cheerfully and competently for hours in humidex 41 conditions.
This is the first time I have ever written a review for anyone, but I am so very pleased with Jordan and the work he did, that this fellow deserves to be commended! First, he arrived on time which, for me, is a blessing in itself. He was courteous and respectful, and listened patiently to what I wanted done.
