I called Briggs with an issue with my dug well. They came out the same day diagnosed the issue. Peter and his team worked outside in the dug well in -20 weather to fix the issue. They ended up completing the work all in the same day. Thank you very much, you have gained a happy customer.

We use Briggs every spring and fall to open and shut down our cottage. The service has always been great. Recently, we had an emergency when our outdoor line that pumps up from the lake failed- four kids and no water/toilet! Esther was professional and responsive, and Matt was there within a couple of hours to fix the problem. Thanks to the whole Briggs team for saving the day (and our summer vacation!).
Briggs Plumbing has serviced our cottage for decades and we don't know what we'd do without them. Prompt, efficient, friendly service, with an eye to honest and careful appraisal of the work to be done and to saving us money if possible. At the age of 76, I can honestly say they are the best plumbers we've dealt with. And our experience includes several locations in Canada and in the US. We would recommend to anyone and everyone.
