Had briggs come in to find a leak somewhere behind the wall and new hot water cylinder at the same time . Fast response to come out and a smooth process of finding the issue and resolving it the boys on site were professional and polite and cost was better than I thought it would be. I have used briggs plumbing twice now and both times been excellent. Love to support a small local business

Deep disappointment with the level of service I have received thus far. It has taken over a month—and several weeks more—just to receive a quote for a potential project, despite multiple follow-ups. The repeated delays and last-minute rescheduling, most recently by the receptionist left me questioning the reliability and efficiency of this company.
