They have great staff and they're always friendly. I've had them here a few times for different things and good job every time
Work completed was good. However, when I got the bill I noticed that I was charged for a whole roll of 3/4 inch pex but the installer used approximately 10 feet, only the main line to the hot water tank. I called Briggs to ask how they bill. If they bill for a whole roll or by the foot. They said by the foot. I then spoke to the plumber that did the work and he told me that I was mistaken. It does not take a genius to see that 50 feet of 3/4 per were not used.

Pleasant to speak with courteous and polite customer service. Efficient and prompt. Described an issue with pressure tank and fittings. Technician slayed for 'first thing' next morning. 0820 at the door. Discovered submersible pump on last legs. Next morning it gave out. Spoke with someone who put the previous Technician on 5he phone, all good, loaded all required parts and after a previous appointment was onsitevwithin an hour.
