I’m a new resident to Savannah and I was able to take my BMW over to him for a misfire diagnosis. Less then 2 days go by and my car was ready to hit the road again. He even had my car detailed before I payed my ticket and picked up. If you’re tired of DEALERSHIPS lying to you about repairs, this is the place to go.
Customer service is just horrible. I dropped my vehicle off here for an alignment, next thing I know I’m paying for a timing job and now my car isn’t even running. Called multiple times the don’t answer the phone and had to show up in person just to find out everyone was at work just no one answering calls. Took my supercharged S197 to Briggs, due to some throttle response issues after being told by FORD that the car had issues with tuning and couldn’t be fixed by them. Got my car checked out by Josh and his team and they easily came to the conclusion that the tune had absolutely nothing to do with the issue. Car sat for a couple months and had Josh take a deeper look at the vehicle and he was able to find frayed wires in the wiring harness of the car which led to the throttle body revealing the issue. Really talented people who work here! Was able to fix a botched tune on my car that resulted in a very huge power increase. An issue had occurred with my car on the dyno but they allowed me to come by the shop and fix it really fast since it was a minor issue. The owner also gave me a tour of the shop and all of the insane projects they have going on so that was also another huge part that built my trust in them!
I have a tough supercharged mustang to figure out or tune. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make some power! Plus he was nice to my family and took time to show my son around the cool cars. Definitely a class act.
