There’s a new counter guy and he’s awesome! He’s a bit new at least it seems but the guy is awesome to talk to super nice and willing to help made my experience here way better!
Came in needing replacement parts for an oddball faucet assembly and had a great experience with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Had 2-3 guys trying to determine exact parts I needed. When they could find them, they offered to send information to a specific supplier to track down what I need. They could have easily said, "sorry, don't have it". They went way above and beyond. Thank you!
