Slow to respond and fails to keep appointments
My hot water busted and Trent fit me into his schedule to get it replaced within a few days. He was very professional and I didn’t have to go long without hot water.
Trent presented a solution much simpler than I envisioned for installing overhead lighting on our ground level room without attic access. This was all taken care of in a single day with some patching and clean up the day following. Extremely reasonably priced, excellent communication throughout. I'll be hiring him again in the near future for other projects around our home.
