Worst dealer ever. Bought 2 machines with them. Sales team is amazing to sell you equipment. But as soon you get out the door with the contract signed. Forget about the dealer for anything you need repaired. 1 brand new machine returned. Another brand new excavator with factory problems that even the mechanics say that there is no solution for it. They lie on the report service sheet and guess what ? They will send you a bill for it without repairing anything and having warranty. Do yourself a favor and go to a Kubota or cat... read more
Glenn is one of the worst person in that shop. He is always complaining, doesn't even say hello or good morning. Always in a bad mood. He's just an unhappy person.
i wouldn't advise for anyone to come to this company for service or parts. when you try and call they pick the phone and hang up on you. when trying to get new equipment fixed they don't stand by the products they sell. my opinion i would fire the staff at phillips rd location and hire new help
