The 4 star has nothing to do with service or quality it is only because of the delivery unloading area. You have to give a star count to leave a review and I wanted to give drivers delivering forklifts a heads up. Use the collision center entrance then drive in front of Biggs and pull out like you are leaving. They have a dock on that side of the building that you will then back into. Tight spot if you have a big truck. They guys did move a vehicle for us.
