Cheap, builder grade, dark design. Okay for a rental if it's new but I wouldn't buy.
I have been in my Briggs Home for over 9 years now. Zero problems and anything that ever came up fixed immediately. Still happy with this choice.

Buyer Beware-- If you would like to see what your house will look like 2 yrs after being built come see my house. Plaster falling from load bearing walks- HUGE cracks in wall that have already been repaired twice. Another construction company came in and said they didn't use screws in the tresses which is why the plaster is falling from ceiling and walks keep cracking from movement if house in cold and heat.
