For about 3 years I’ve paid higher dollar here for consistent service. There have been a few instances where I’ve had to bring my car back in because an issue wasn’t resolved or came undone a few days later, but nothing I hadn’t experienced before nor detrimental to my safety. Horrible customer service. I have a few friends in the car sales industry. I know how things work. Never has it taken a week and half to attempt to get a deal done. I've had to communicate to 3 different people in this process. I still have yet to get paper work even after 10+ days in my email to attempt to close a deal. Willing to pay cash since they seemed to have issue with they're financing options not liking the mileage on the vehicle I was interested in.
