World class. Chris Briggs is our plumber. 30 years ago Chris and his dad converted our old oil fired heating system to gas and the pipework alone is a study in craftsmanship at its best. B&H also carefully keeps a history of their service actions and any improvements they make, such that if warranty issues apply we'll be sure to have all our 'ducks in a row.'
