I’ve been taking all three of my dogs here for the last five years. I could not be more disappointed with the lack of customer service I have experienced recently. One of my dogs had a horrible skin outbreak which she has had before. They told me it would be a week from the day that I called before they could see her. I told them it was pretty severe and then if they would look at her records she has had the same issue before and could I please just get the prescription so she didn’t have to suffer for a week. I cannot thank you all enough for the love and care you gave my very sick little dog Brady. We were visiting Emerald Isle on vacation and had an absolute dog emergency. We thought for sure we were going to lose him and you guys gave him the critical care he needed to get us through until we could get back to Ohio. Brady is on the path back to health and healing. Our Chocolate Lab had a lump come up on his rib cage and called vet in town but, they were booked so sent message to Roger and Dr Lisa Morton at Brigadoon in Cedar Point and told them about Diesel. They told me to take him in and the staff and Dr George would take care of him. What a professional bunch of people and so polite. Less than a month ago, my 8 y.o. cat received a terminal diagnosis at my primary vet's office. Last week, my baby's health declined drastically in a matter of hours. Over a dozen vet practices were booked out two weeks or weren't available to see us at all.
