The entire team absolutely went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it so much! Richelle was amazing and the installation crew fixed my doorbell and made sure everything was working perfectly and showed me all the settings and how to use the system.
As per usual, Brigadier Elite Security Systems did a great job. The company was recommended to us years ago, by a dear friend who, in fact, used to work there, before he retired. They never fail to please! Thanks for the super job!
The office staff is always so good at answering your questions and the technicians are knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for security!
Not at all happy with a re-install of an existing alarm system. Charged 2 hours for a job where the technician forgot tools and equipment for the job and to leave my house 3 times to go back to the office. Advised it actually 3 hours they were there, but I was only charged 2. (All I hear is be happy you didn’t get charged for 3 hours). Stated they couldn’t do anything.
