I had such a great experience at this gym while visiting Texas for the holidays. Even during the holiday schedule, the owner was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to let us in so we could get our workout in. That level of kindness and customer care truly stood out. Visiting from Arizona, I couldn’t have asked for a better gym to workout at while I was back home visiting greenwood. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and plenty of space to train comfortably. There is a variety of machines, free weights, dumbbells, and open work out areas. What truly stands out was the employees and the owner, Cheyenne, who went as far as opening the gym doors during the holidays so my family and I could workout while being in town. Brigade is absolutely worth stopping by at.
